I'm cautious about trusting a new mechanic because I have one that I currently use and love. Everyone else seems to be untrustworthy for one reason or another or else very expensive. I was very happy with Julio and Honest-1 Auto Care in San Carlos however and am very excited to have a good mechanic in walking distance from my home. Times are hard on our family and money is becoming more scarce. We have old cars and they often need some sort of repair more often then not these days, but we simply cannot afford a new car. Finding an honest mechanic is very valuable to our family and we appreciate your business model and execution of it in our neighborhood. Your facility is probably the best I've ever seen in terms of cleanliness and feeling comfortable. Clean, well lit, comfortable open and bright and nothing hidden from the customer. Being able to see the cars being worked on is a bonus and your waiting room is top notch. I love the fact that your work is guaranteed for three years as well.
