Very helpful and thorough, as usual.

Had been going to the dealership to have all my oil changes previously. I should have switched way sooner. Front desk was professional, was able to get an appointment the same day, and the waiting area was great- free sodas/water, free wifi, a big tv, and comfy chairs. I will definitely be back. I appreciated that my service advisor asked if the place that installed my tires offered free rotation before trying to sell me a service. A+ If you're over all the BS the dealership tries to pressure you into this is the place to go. Easy and hassle free experience.

i call in early Saturday to ask the guy on the phone how much it will cost to install a new shocks n struts on my bmw 545i, before i can give the guy the description, he hang up the phone on me, very rude and i was recommenced to him by a friend of mind who work in another mechanic gas station ship, he told me these guys open new n ppl said they are good and I keep getting their brochure on my house everyday, how rude can you be on the phone, let the customer explain what he wants to repair on the phone and if you cant do it then just find, never hangup calls on your customer cause no m not happy and i will recommend anybody else there. the thing is, emergency is emergency n ppl cars brakes down every minute, thats why i call you but if you dont want my business n my money, someone else can. i will never take my car to 7375 jackson drive location anymore nor will i call them, cause they are asshole

Great service. I made an appointment for an oil change. They took me right away and delivered my vehicle back as promised. They did not try to upsell me with other services.
