Professional and friendly service. They took good care of my Lexus and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Julio did a good job of explaining the problem I was having with my vehicle. I felt the cost of repairing my Lexus was a fair price and they gave me a three year guarantee on the parts replaced during the repair of my vehicle.

I felt that they really care and about giving me the best options and the best deal. They had my 2006 Suzuki up on the lift and showed me the problem and has solutions to assist me in my time of need with my vehicle.

A little too ready to recommend additional work that is barely justifiable. If you're car savvy this isn't a problem but an inexperienced owner might end up agreeing to work that isn't strictly necessary. The work I had performed was an oil change.

The workmanship, communication and delivery time was exceptional. The opening of the shop at 8am was frustrating. I stopped by at 7am and closed, came back at 7:35am and was told no mechanics were available, came back a 3rd time at 8:10am. It would be much more convenient to drop off vehicle and leave the list of issues with someone so I could get to work earlier.

Fast service. Wasn't in a rush but service was completed same afternoon as I dropped off the vehicle. This was for a radiator replacement after diagnostic on coolant leak plus I added an air conditioning service. Service manager did a good job of explaining the problems discovered. Discounts were applied that I didn't ask for so felt good about the overall price for service.
