Appointment time was honored. Manager, Julio, was informative. I doubt there is a cleaner and better appointed waiting room at any car dealership. I will return for future auto needs.

I just moved into this neighborhood and need to find a reliable mechanic closer to home. Honest-1 is within walking distance of my home and I decided to try them based on that, plus the immaculate appearance of their shop. The lobby is comfortable and quiet. Though I no longer have children I was impressed that they provide a corner with toys for kids. The service manager was courteous, helpful, and explained everything clearly. When I paid my bill I noticed that the prices are competitive with if not slightly lower than where I had been taking my car. My first experience left me with a trustful feeling and I will continue taking my business to Honest-1.
