Called to make an appointment for an oil change. The phone went to voicemail, left a message. After 1 1/2 hrs. called back was asked to be placed on hold, said no but I left a message please listen and call me back. Waited another 2 hours, called back - was told they were too busy never listened to my message - I proceeded to make an appointment. Really felt like they don't care about customer service. Perhaps people should smile and be cordial when you drop off/pick up your car, not at Honest!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Honest-1 Auto Care. Fast, efficient and thorough!!! I highly recommend them.

The estimate and time to have the work completed were exactly to the expectations While replacing the battery & alternator they noticed a cracked serpentine belt. The belt was replaced too and the work was still done a few minutes ahead of the estimate.

How can you not love Julio and John and crew!!!!!!!!!!! They are the best and definitely honest. I have such piece of mind when I entrust my car into their care.

I had an oil change. Nice waiting area with TV. It took about 30 minutes. Professional staff.
