The service people were courteous, responsive, and professional. I plan to use this company again, as needed.

I really appreciate the extra effort by Julio and the mechanic to work on my truck with a camper which was too tall to make it in the door. It took a lowering of the rear tires' pressure and a reduction of the air bag lift to get through the door, and then an efficient oil change was done. A very satisfying experience.

Service manager, Julio, was very professional and helpful in explaining the issues with my broken air conditioner, the source of the leak of refrigerant, their warrantee of the repair and an itemized estimate of the cost, which was exactly what the final bill turned out to be.

Very cordial, friendly service, even when the office was busy. I knew I would be looking at more than an oil change when I brought my car in, but there were no surprises and no upselling involved. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done.

They really are honest! Told me what I needed to repair without pressuring to up sell using the “scare tactics” other places use. Very clean shop. Will bring my other cars here too.

It took them 4 hours to do an oil change, with an appointment They said 1 1/2-2 hours and when I called back at 3 hours they had not even started on my car. The coupon was great and the staff was friendly but the service sucked.
